In the hands of David Northrup, our DaVinci Resolve Color Programmer provides superior color grading on our meticulously calibrated 4K monitor.  And, our ability to output to uncompressed 4K DPX, Apple ProRes, and DNxHD means whether your project will screen in an IMAX theater or your home theater, we’ve got you covered.

Who We Are

Michael Raso, Owner -
Michael is a professional cinematographer, editor and producer who conceived and initiated FILMmedia in 2016 to preserve, restore and raise awareness of outstanding independent cinema shot on motion picture film.  A life-long photographer, Michael is founder of the Film Photography Project, “the”resource for film shooters world-wide that places refurbished cameras in the hands of students and encourages self-determination through the arts.


Paige Davis, Director - Paige’s interest in early-to-mid 20th century genre cinema sparked her career as a producer, art director and executive in the home entertainment industry spearheading acquisitions, marketing and sales domestically and world-wide. A frequent behind-the-scenes contributor to the Film Photography Project, Paige is also co-producer of the Joseph W. Sarno Retrospect Series.


Dave Northrop, Colorist and Post Production Supervisor
- Dave is a digital colorist with 30 years experience in traditional post production through contemporary digital workflows, with extensive experience in archive film organization and scanning to final mastering. In his position as Sr. Colorist at DeLuxe Media, Dave personally supervised, color graded and remastered footage and archival collections for clients including Studio One (The John Lennon / Yoko Ono film archive), Getty Images, National Geographic, NBC, MGM, Sony Pictures and the Criterion Collection. Dave’s mission is “to creatively interpret the client’s vision into reality.”
